Privacy Policy
UPSCL is provided by SULE ARSLAN (“we”). UPSCL processes your videos on your device. The app does not collect personal data: it has no account, sends nothing to our servers, and contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK.
Videos and projects
You choose a video with the Files picker; the app only opens the file you pick. Videos are processed on your device and are never uploaded. Processed projects are stored in the app’s storage on your device until you delete them in the app or delete the app. If device backups are turned on, iOS may include this data in your backup under Apple’s terms.
Data stored on your device
Besides your projects, the app stores one setting on your device: whether your free processing has been used.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. The app only checks with Apple’s StoreKit on your device whether your subscription is active.
Photos access
When you save an exported video, iOS asks for permission to add it to Photos. This add-only access is used only to save that video; the app does not read your photo library.
Screen recording and screenshots
The video preview is hidden in screen recordings, mirroring and screenshots. The rest of the app stays visible.
Apple diagnostics
If you turn on Share With App Developers in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may share crash data and usage statistics with us. You control this setting in iOS, not in the app.
Support email
If you email support@oda.so, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this information only to reply to you, and we delete it once we no longer need it for your request.
Your choices
We have no access to anything the app stores on your device, so we can’t access, export or delete it for you. You can delete your projects in the app at any time, or remove everything by deleting the app. If you have emailed us, you can ask us to delete that correspondence.
Who is responsible
SULE ARSLAN is responsible for UPSCL and for the personal data we receive as described in this policy. You can send privacy questions and requests about your rights under applicable data protection law, including Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to support@oda.so. We provide a postal address on request to anyone with a legitimate need for it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Gizlilik Politikası

Cihazında saklanan veriler

Satın alımlar
Abonelik ödemelerini Apple yürütür. Ödeme bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Uygulama yalnızca cihazında Apple’ın StoreKit sistemi üzerinden aboneliğinin etkin olup olmadığını kontrol eder.
Fotoğraflar erişimi
Dışa aktardığın bir videoyu kaydettiğinde iOS, videoyu Fotoğraflar’a eklemek için izin ister. Bu erişim yalnızca ekleme izni verir ve o videoyu kaydetmek dışında kullanılmaz; uygulama fotoğraf arşivini okumaz.
Ekran kaydı ve ekran görüntüleri
Video önizlemesi ekran kayıtlarında, ekran yansıtmada ve ekran görüntülerinde gizlenir. Uygulamanın geri kalanı görünür kalır.
Apple tanılama verileri
Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Analizler ve İyileştirmeler bölümünde Geliştiricilerle Paylaş seçeneğini açarsan Apple bizimle çökme verilerini ve kullanım istatistiklerini paylaşabilir. Bu ayarı uygulamadan değil, cihazındaki Ayarlar uygulamasından yönetirsin.
Destek e-postası
support@oda.so adresine yazarsan e-posta adresin ve mesajına eklediğin her şey bize ulaşır. Bu bilgileri yalnızca sana yanıt vermek için kullanır, talebin için artık gerekmediğinde sileriz.
Tercihlerin
Uygulamanın cihazında sakladığı hiçbir şeye erişimimiz yoktur; bu yüzden bunlara senin için erişemez, dışa aktaramaz veya silemeyiz. Projelerini uygulamada istediğin zaman silebilir ya da uygulamayı silerek her şeyi kaldırabilirsin. Bize e-posta gönderdiysen bu yazışmanın silinmesini isteyebilirsin.
Sorumlu kişi
UPSCL’den ve bu politikada anlatıldığı şekilde bize ulaşan kişisel verilerden SULE ARSLAN sorumludur. Gizlilik sorularını ve Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) dahil geçerli veri koruma mevzuatından doğan haklarına ilişkin başvurularını support@oda.so adresine gönderebilirsin. Meşru bir ihtiyacı olan herkese talep üzerine posta adresimizi bildiririz.
