Terms of Use (EULA)
UPSCL is provided by SULE ARSLAN (“we”). The app is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of UPSCL is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The terms below supplement the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
Your videos
Only process videos that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the content you process and export.
What the app does
UPSCL upscales videos to 720p or 1080p on your device. Results depend on the source video, so check the preview before you export.
Free use and Pro
Your first successfully completed processing is free. Further processing and every export require an active UPSCL Pro subscription. The App Store shows the available plans, prices and billing periods before you buy.
Subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To manage or cancel it, go to Settings → Manage subscriptions in UPSCL, or open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Kullanım Şartları (EULA)

Videoların
Yalnızca sahibi olduğun veya kullanma iznin olan videoları işle. İşlediğin ve dışa aktardığın içerikten sen sorumlusun.
Uygulama ne yapar
UPSCL videoları cihazında 720p veya 1080p’ye büyütür. Sonuç kaynak videoya bağlıdır; dışa aktarmadan önce önizlemeyi kontrol et.
Ücretsiz kullanım ve Pro
Başarıyla tamamlanan ilk video işleme ücretsizdir. Sonraki işlemeler ve her dışa aktarma için etkin bir UPSCL Pro aboneliği gerekir. Planlar, fiyatlar ve faturalandırma dönemleri satın almadan önce App Store’da gösterilir.
Abonelikler
Ödeme, satın alımı onayladığında Apple Hesabından tahsil edilir. Mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen abonelik aynı süreyle otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğini yönetmek veya iptal etmek için UPSCL’de Ayarlar → Abonelikleri yönet bölümüne git ya da iPhone veya iPad’inde Ayarlar uygulamasını açıp adına, ardından Abonelikler’e dokun. İade talepleri Apple tarafından değerlendirilir; reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden başvurabilirsin.
Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Üstteki tarih son değişikliği gösterir.
